Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my letter?
I send out The Whimsy List on the 20th of every month. Members typically receive it within 3-10 days of sending If you sign up before the 20th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 20th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
How do I update my address or cancel?
Email me at thewhimsylistclub@gmail.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email me before the 20th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending!
What Happens if I don’t receive my letter?
If your Whimsy List doesn’t arrive, email us at thewhimsylistclub@gmail.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US), please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement! :)
